Are the products authentic?
Absolutely. As a specialist in The Monsters universe, Mon Labubu only offers original products. Each figure has the authentic features of the artist Kasing Lung, including the famous nine teeth and, for recent series, a scratch-off QR code for verification.
Is Labubu a toy for children?
It depends on the product. Our classic plush toys meet children's safety standards. However, our collectible figurines (Pop Mart, Blind Boxes, Limited Editions) are decorative items intended for collectors aged 14 and over . They are not considered toys under CE or Swiss standards.
Where do you ship your packages?
We mainly deliver to Switzerland and France , but also to Germany and throughout the European Union.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
No. Thanks to our two warehouses (one in Switzerland and one in France), we optimize logistics. Customers in the European Union do not pay customs duties because we use their intra-community VAT numbers.
What are the delivery charges?
Switzerland: CHF 8.50
France: 7 EUR
Free delivery: From 70 EUR - CHF purchase.
Can I trade a Labubu if I have a duplicate?
The very concept of the Blind Box is based on surprise and randomness. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for duplicates or if you simply don't like the character. That's what makes collecting so exciting!
For certain series, we offer you the option to choose your model directly. Due to the selection and authenticity checks, delivery times for these items may be longer.
How do I make a return?
If you are in Switzerland or France, you have 14 days to contact us at info@monlabubu.ch. The product must be new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Please note: opened surprise boxes (blind boxes) are never returned, except in the case of a clear error on our part during order preparation.
